Our classes are taught by Certified Professional Pilates instructors who have countless hours of private, semi private and group class instruction experience.

We can provide whatever Pilates instruction you desire from the most detailed and personal instruction of private sessions or to communal motivation of our popular group classes. Simply tell us your goals and needs and we will accommodate you.

What is Pilates?

Pilates [pi-lah-teez] is a full body exercise method for anyone looking to improve their quality of life and overall fitness.  This includes anyone from world class athletes to weekend warriors to those just beginning their fitness journey.

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise, it strengthens and stabilizes your core, which is your foundation, so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility.  A typical Pilates workout is 45 minutes to an hour long and leaves you feeling rejuvenated and energized.
