Our Classes and Sessions

All our classes use the principles of lengthening and lifting the body to create long lean shapes and tone muscles. You will see improvements in balance, flexibility, and posture, and you will restore and improve your natural range of motion and muscular balance. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session.

PRIVATE SESSION

Clients work one on one with a certified instructor utilizing the entire Pilates system to customize and focus on their individual needs. In specific cases, the instructor can modify exercises for an injury, chronic pain or other requirements. Private sessions prepare clients for semi-privates and group equipment classes and can also be used periodically for refinement as clients seek the next level in their Pilates practice. All private sessions are made by appointment.

SEMI-PRIVATE SESSION

Two clients work with one certified instructor using the entire Pilates system, while still receiving an individual attention for their specific needs. All semi private sessions are made by appointment.

REFORMER CLASS

This class gives you a total body workout from the support of the springs, to resistance, to challenge in different planes of gravity. You will feel invigorated, stretched, and ready for anything after taking this class! We recommend taking a private session to prepare you for group reformer classes.

CIRCUIT CLASS

This class is an excellent way to get familiar and get challenged by different Pilates apparatus such as Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel etc., as well as using props, such as weights, magic circle etc. Be prepared for a challenging work out! You may enhance your practice for the circuit class through privates, semi-privates, reformer, and mat classes.

Jumpboard Class Equipment

JUMPBOARD CLASS

Expect to get your heart rate up as the instructor leads you through jumpboard intervals designed to work the core, burn fat and develop muscles. You will challenge your entire body, yet it’s still safe for your joints.

This class is not recommended if you are new to Pilates. We recommend taking a private session or reformer classes to prepare you for this class.

MAT CLASS

This is the foundation of the Pilates system consisting of floor (mat) work and small props, like magic circle, therabands, small balls, weights, foam rollers, etc. Pilates mat work is a great way to challenge your body with gravity and controlled movements. Great class to get a strong core and six pack!

STRETCH CLASS

This class is a must for everyone looking to speed up recovery between workouts, improve overall body alignment and flexibility, release stress and improve blood flow. It’s a therapeutic class where you will be using specific tools such as a foam roller and balls to roll against your muscles, hitting those trigger points and manipulating your myofascial tissue to treat any specific muscular pain you may be experiencing. Your muscles will feel more relaxed after this class and after a few sessions, you will begin to feel stronger and more flexible in your body.
