REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Registration and payment are required in order to guarantee your spot in classes, as class size is limited. Pre-register online through the website or through our app, or call/text us at 714-655-2149.
WARDROBE/RECOMMENDED ATTIRE
Pilates socks are recommended, but not required. ( Pilates socks are available for purchase at the studio ) Ask us at the front desk about pilates socks.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, personal checks, or Zelle for any purchase. We charge $30 for bounced or returned checks.
CLASSES/SESSIONS
- all group classes and private sessions are 55 minutes long.
- if a group class has only one or no clients scheduled within 3 hours (early morning classes 12 hours) of the class start time, the instructor will either offer the client an alternate option at that time or cancel the class. The instructor and/or the studio will notify you of any class cancellation or change.
- Private and semi-private sessions are scheduled directly through the studio or with your instructor.
- Pilates is a mind/body exercise and requires internal focus. Please turn off your cell phone and set smartwatches to Do Not Disturb mode when you enter the studio unless you are waiting for an emergency call.
- Fragrance-free zone: Please respect the health and comfort of our clients and staff by entering free of synthetic fragrances (perfume).
- Refrain from engaging another client in conversation until they are done with their workout.
- Please arrive on time for your group classes. If you arrive early (more than 5 minutes before your class/session starts) we kindly ask you to wait outside or in your car.
- For your safety, please do not enter the exercise space of the studio or use equipment without your instructor.
- We are a shoes-off studio. Please leave your shoes by the door. You can store your personal belongings in the provided cubbies.
WARDROBE/RECOMMENDED ATTIRE
- Exercise clothing should allow for a full range of movement.
- Fitted tops or a T-shirt are good options.
- Leggings, sweatpants, and bike shorts are recommended, or other bottoms that feel like a second skin with ample stretch. Ones with flat seams are preferable to avoid any irritation or unnecessary friction.
- Please avoid wearing clothes with zippers or any metal that can damage the upholstery of the equipment.
- Pilates socks are recommended, but not required.
- Hair ties: keep any strands away from your face using fabric hair ties for a destruction-free workout.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To prevent being billed for missed appointments and classes, a 12-hour notice is required to either cancel or reschedule your session. Any appointment canceled less than 12 hours in advance, will be charged 100% of the service booked. Our cancellation policy is in place to cover studio fees and as a courtesy to our instructors who are compensated on a per-client basis. While truly sympathetic, the studio cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last-minute cancellations. To be fair to all clients, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation. We thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.
EXPIRATION OF CLASS/SESSION PACKAGES
All Intro packages expire in 30 days from the first day of starting your package.
Packages of 1,5 or 10 classes/sessions expire 9 months from the first day of starting your package.
Packages of 20 classes/sessions expire 12 months from the first day of starting your package.
REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy is as follows: All sales are final. All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
