Virtual Pilates Classes

All classes will be taught in an all levels format with options for modifications and advancements offered when appropriate. No equipment needed.

All classes are donation based through Venmo to @hausofpilateshb or Zelle to [email protected] . If you are unable to donate your presence in class is enough. Thank you!

Classes will be 40 minutes.

Virtual Private Pilates and Virtual Semi-Private Pilates Training is also available upon request.
